Liên đoàn trơn đá nước ta (VFF) vừa có thông tin số 3 cho thấy thêm quy định về bài toán bốc thăm xếp lịch thi đấu VCK giải đá bóng U.21 tổ quốc Thanh Niên lần vật dụng 26 năm 2022 ra mắt tại nghệ an và Hà Tĩnh từ ngày 17.12 cho 30.12.
Theo đó nguyên tắc bốc thăm đến 12 đội tham dự VCK được phân chia như sau: bao gồm 3 bảng thi đấu VCK, mỗi bảng 4 đội. Bảng A với B thi đấu tại sân Vinh với sân phụ (Nghệ An), bảng C thi đấu tại sảnh Hà Tĩnh. Chủ bên Sông Lam Nghệ An nằm ở bảng A cam kết hiệu A 1, đồng chủ đơn vị Hà Tĩnh nằm ở bảng C ký kết hiệu C 1.

Các nguyên tắc bốc thăm như sau: gồm tối đa 2 đội xếp thứ nhất vòng loại bảng nằm cùng bảng ở VCK. Thứ nhì là đội xếp thứ nhất và xếp thứ hai ở vòng loại bảng ko nằm cùng bảng đấu ở VCK.

Điều này có nghĩa 4 đội đầu vòng loại bảng là Viettel (bảng A), HAGL (bảng B), Bình Dương (bảng C) và Học viện Nutifood (bảng D) chỉ có tối đa 2 đội sẽ cùng bảng với nhau ở VCK và những đội hai khác như Hà Nội (bảng A), Khánh Hòa (bảng B), Gia Định (bảng C) và Đồng Tháp (bảng D) cũng tương tự nằm khác bảng với những đội nhất bảng vòng loại của mình ở VCK. Ví dụ bảng B bao gồm Viettel với HAGL thì đương nhiên Hà Nội với Khánh Hòa phải nằm ở bảng A và C.

Trên nguyên tắc đó, VFF sẽ tiến hành bốc thăm VCK như sau: Đầu tiên sẽ bốc thăm mang đến 4 đội nhất bảng vòng loại vào bảng B VCK trước để chọn ra 2 đội nhất bảng vòng loại phải nằm trong bảng này, sau đó 2 đội còn lại thì một đội rơi vào bảng A và một đội rơi vào bảng C. Ví dụ nếu Viettel, HAGL rơi vào bảng B thì Bình Dương và Học viện Nutifood sẽ có 1 đội nằm ở bảng A tầm thường với chủ bên SLNA với 1 đội nằm ở bảng C phổ biến với chủ công ty Hà Tĩnh. Kế tiếp sẽ bốc thăm mang lại 4 đội nhì bảng vòng loại vào những bảng theo nguyên tắc không nằm cùng bảng với đội nhất bảng vòng loại ở VCK. Ví dụ nếu Viettel, HAGL nằm ở bảng B thì trong quy trình bốc thăm mang đến 4 đội xếp thứ hai thì gồm thể Hà Nội và Khánh Hòa hoặc rơi vào 2 bảng A với C hoặc tất cả thể cùng bảng A hoặc cùng bảng C. Còn lại Gia Định với Đồng Tháp hoặc sẽ cùng rơi vào bảng B hoặc sẽ có một đội rơi vào bảng B với đội còn lại rơi vào bảng A hoặc C. Cuối thuộc 2 đội xếp thứ 3 vòng loại là Đà Nẵng cùng Thanh Hóa sẽ bốc thăm rơi vào 2 bảng còn lại chưa đủ 4 đội.

Lễ bốc thăm phân tách bảng VCK và họp báo công bố VCK giải U.21 quốc gia tuổi teen lần thứ 26 năm 2022 sẽ diễn ra vào 14 giờ ngày 15.12 tại khách sạn sài thành Kim Liên (số 25 đường quang đãng Trung, TP.Vinh, tỉnh Nghệ An). Sau đó dịp 15 giờ 30 thuộc ngày các đội sẽ họp kỹ thuật để thanh tra rà soát lần cuối lực lượng tham dự cùng đăng cam kết màu áo thi đấu. VCK sẽ diễn ra từ ngày 17.12 đến 30.12.2022. Giờ thi đấu các trận mỗi ngày sẽ là 15 giờ với 17 giờ 30, riêng rẽ ngày khai mạc 17.12 sẽ là 14 giờ 30 đến trận 1 với 17 giờ diễn ra lễ khai mạc, sau đó là trận khai mạc giữa chủ công ty SLNA và 1 đội trong bảng A.
Lịch thi đấu dự kiến VCK giải U.21 quốc gia bạn trẻ 2022 (thời gian thi đấu sẽ tất cả điều chỉnh mang lại phù hợp, cụ thể trận sân chủ yếu ở Vinh sẽ đá thời gian 17 giờ 30, riêng rẽ ngày khai mạc là 17 giờ, trận phổ biến kết là 16 giờ).
